About Rep. Harold L. Haugh
State Representative Harold Haugh is serving his second term in the Michigan House of Representatives representing the 22nd House District, which covers the city of Roseville and a portion of the city of Warren.
Representative Haugh has deep roots in the Roseville community and has been in public service for more than 20 years. He was a member of the Roseville Planning Commission and the Roseville City Council, chairman of the Parks and Recreation Commission, and mayor of Roseville.
In 2006, he was appointed to the Commission on Higher Education and Economic Development in Macomb County by Gov. Jennifer M. Granholm.
In addition, Representative Haugh retired after 40-years as an employee of General Motors. In 1968, he joined the company as a mailroom clerk and worked his way up to become the assistant director of General Motors’ International Regulations Department.
Representative Haugh and his wife, Catherine, have four adult children and four grandchildren. They are members of St. Athanasius Catholic Community and he is a member of Father Solanus Casey Knights of Columbus.
